The deadline for cancelling your guest tickets and robe hire on the Marston Events booking system was Friday 4 December 2026. Please note that after this point, tickets and robes are non-refundable, apart from extenuating circumstances.

In such instances, students need to contact graduation (@gold.ac.uk).

You can delay your celebrations until the Summer 2027 Graduation ceremonies in September 2027. Date and time to be confirmed.

To be added to the Summer 2027 Graduation ceremonies mailing list, . Please note that this form is only for those who were invited but cannot attend the  Graduation: Winter Celebrations 2027.

All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to other students. 

This policy is in place to allow all students fair access to guest tickets and equal opportunity to attend their graduation ceremony.
